What is it?

Braun HD CalPro is a special liquid polymer, to sustain humidity on the coal chip and prevent the self combustion and further moisture penetration.

Generally this product preventing the decrease of caloric value in the coal chips thus providing the best value of coal to the end clients. It works as a coating to the coal chips (like an aluminum barrier) preventing moisture adsorption or water penetration. The coating bonds the coal loose particles onto the bigger chip and reduce the dusty condition on the workplace or during the transport. Beside wraping the coal it will prevent the erosion from higher ground stack.

Braun HD Dust-Tamer


DESCRIPTION:

DustTamer CM is a special polymer liquid engineered to control the dust in the mining industry.
Dust in existence or generated as a result of mechanical operation such as digging, loading, transporting and other handling processes yield dusting materials.

Dust suppression is defined as the prevention or reduction of the amount of fine particulates airborne or suspended in the air.

Application of Braun HD DustTamer will result on better visibility on the hauling road or on the open pit access road. The trucks operator will drive with ease and at constant speed as the traffic and ambient are so clear with no dust suspending in the air. In the end the miners stock pile yield a better input.


PERFORMANCE:

DustTamer CM as a dust suppressant formulation provide some advantages as follow:
Good wetting agent on the dry soil
Less breakage of film formation
Water reduction

Easily dilute in water




RECOMMENDATION:

DustTamer CM provides a polymer film over the dusting material which create cohesive forces forms a homogeneous and resistant layer. As a result, less breakage of the formed film is observed.
The ratio for dust suppressant composition is 0.2% - 0.4% to water (20 lt to 10,000 lt of water)
Application is by automated water spray transport either using a pump or gravity based. The application frequency is once a day. In the initiation stage normaly we recommend 8 (eight) times in the first day, 6 (six) times in the second day, 4 (four) times on the third and 2 (two) times at 4th day. The following days apply only one time a day.

STORAGE AND HANDLING:

Stored inside warehouse to avoid direct sunlight. Keep the remaining stock tightly sealed inside the original packing to avoid skinning.

PENCEGAHAN KARAT 
Pengertian pencegahan karat adalah melindungi passive layer pada metal/logam agar terhindar dari kerusakan. Ada beberapa metode yang biasa dilakukan untuk mencegah karat, yaitu : 

• Pelapisan dengan Oil; metode ini banyak dikenal dan sudah berlangsung cukup lama karena orang berfikir dengan melapisi logam dengan oil maka tidak akan ada oksidasi. Namun metoda ini akan bermasalah dengan lingkungan dan kesehatan.

• Silica Gel; metode ini cukup umum, silica gel berguna untuk menjaga kekeringan kemasan dari logam, tetapi pemakaiaannya harus akurat antara volume kemasan dengan jumlah silica gelnya.
• VCI PAPER dan VCI PLASTIC; adalah metode pencegahan karat dengan cara kering. cukup dengan membungkus logam atau partnya dengan kertas vci atau plastik vci maka logam akan terhindar dari karat.
